Everything you need to know about Plusnet

Thinking about taking Plusnet broadband? Here's what's on offer and what you need to know.

Plusnet is owned by BT but run as a separate company with separate pricing and products on offer.

Focusing on value without compromising on customer service, Plusnet consistently comes out on top of the customer satisfaction charts. Plusnet’s packages all offer unlimited downloads, and its new fixed-price-contracts mean there are no broadband or line rental price rises at any time during your contract.*

*Fixed price applies to broadband and line rental monthly price only (excludes other services, such as call plans, call charges and add-ons). If you choose to move house during the minimum term of your fixed price contract and move from a low-cost area to a non-low cost area, or a non-low cost area to a low-cost area, you will be subject to the new price once your move is completed. Standard house move terms also apply, see Plusnet's house move FAQs for details.

*Average speeds are based on the download speeds of at least 50% of customers at peak time (8pm to 10pm). Speed can be affected by a range of technical and environmental factors. The speed you receive where you live may be lower than that listed above. You can check the estimated speed to your property prior to purchasing.
