ADSL Broadband

First Utility currently have one ADSL package, First Broadband. This package is available on an 18-month contract, and with speeds of up to 17mbps and unlimited usage.

Currently, ADSL broadband is being delivered via copper wires within the current telephone system and is the most widely available type of broadband within the UK offering speeds of up to 17mbps.

Fibre Optic Broadband

First Utility Broadband currently offer two Fibre Optic Broadband packages on an 18-month contract to customers, at speeds of 38mbps and 76mbps (SuperFirst Broadband and UltraFirst Broadband). These packages are ideal for households who enjoy streaming, shopping, sharing and socialising on more than one device.

Calls package

Users are also able to purchase Call Add-ons alongside their broadband package, starting from £3 a month. Choice of Add-ons include:

Evening & Weekend Calls

  • Unlimited calls to UK landlines during the evening and weekend from your home phone (7pm – 7am Monday to Friday, and midnight Friday – Midnight Sunday)

Anytime Call Package

  • Unlimited calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers at any time of the day

International Call Package

Package includes 600 inclusive minutes to landlines in 40 countries, 75% discount on calls to mobiles in 40 countries and 50% on all other international calls.

TV

First Utility do not offer any TV packages at the moment

Mobile Phones

First Utility do not offer any SIMO/Handset plans at the moment

BT Sport

BT Sport is not included with First Utility
